- We provide authentic Sikh religious products and accessories with respect and devotion.
- Product descriptions and images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
- Payments must be made in full before order processing. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and secure online payments.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or international customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs).
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (see our Shipping & Return Policy for details).
- Customized or personalized products, opened prayer books (Gutkas), and garments are non-returnable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
- You must not misuse our products, content, or services in a way that violates Sikh values, applicable laws, or our brand integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs are the property of Karam Enterprises.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Karam Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or website issues.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana Punjab.
